Our Wellness Calendar is filled with simple, meaningful ways to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Day-by-day, one day at a time.

From taking a few deep breaths, making a trip to a zoo, staying hydrated, talking to friends, or even finding a new hobby, wellness adds up bit by bit.

Wear your suspender shirts on Fridays to support mental health awareness and join us in normalizing the practice of prioritizing our mental health care without guilt or shame. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids. Health, Outreach, Prevention, and Education (HOPE) Services is presenting DCCCA's one-hour naloxone administration course to the WSU community on May 27th. This training is aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and respond to an overdose crises using naloxone and other available resources. Staff/faculty can register via their MyTraining tab.
