Bodywork services include Swedish and deep tissue massage, injury treatment massage, myofascial release therapy, pregnancy (prenatal) massage, sports massage (pre/post sport care), lymphatic drainage, and stretching. Add-on services include hot stones and aromatherapy. Integrated nutrition health coaching services include a free virtual consultation, weekly coaching sessions, recipes, and food shopping guided tours. Health coaching is centered around identifying areas in your life where you need support finding balance. The integrated nutrition approach seeks to nourish you through physical nutrition and infusing joy and satisfaction in your life. About Karma: I'm a licensed massage therapist in Washington (MA00014750) have been practicing and learning new bodywork skills for 24 years. I specialize in treating injuries and chronic pain conditions, but I really love to give fabulous Swedish and deep tissue massages. I'm a graduate of the Institute for Integrated Nutrition Health (IIN) Coaching certification program and considering advancing my education in the field of alternative medicine. I have a Masters degree in Public Health Administration spent the first 15 years of my career in healthcare management in public and private clinical settings, insurance payors, and healthcare tech organizations. I am currently a Marketing Operations consultant serving a tech giant in the Seattle area. I'm a mom, a wife, and an extreme animal lover. I have 3 dogs, a hamster, and I dream about having my own personal menagerie to love and care for some day.
