The Yoga Lounge

The Yoga Lounge Yoga Studio Classes include therapeutic, gentle, all-level, athlete's, and vinyasa flow classes which all focus on correct alignment and use of the breath.

The Yoga Lounge is a small, locally owned studio located on the Woodstock Square offering certified instruction 7 days a week in a serene, warm, loving environment.
