One of my favorite success stories.♥️

When she started, she told me she had turned the mirrors around in her house because she didn’t want to see herself.

A few months later, while recording her form during a workout, she caught a glimpse of herself and was shocked by what she saw.

She’s used her GLP as a tool, made healthy lifestyle changes and absolutely crushed it. I’m SO proud of her!

With several clients recently reaching goal or moving away, I have a few GLP openings available.

Some of my clients have officially hit their goals (which is exactly what we want! 🎉), leaving room to welcome a few new faces.

I’ve worked in the ER and I’ve worked in hospice, and I’ve worked literally all the in between.

I vividly remember priding myself on knowing everything there was to know about medicine until I realized it wasn’t what I thought it was.

I thought health and medicine were the same thing.

They aren’t.

That’s probably why I’ve become so passionate about prevention.

I’ve seen what happens when we wait until we’re sick to start paying attention to our health.

I don’t think it’s is found in one supplement, one peptide, or one infusion….

Rather, it’s built over time.

It’s the things we do every day that nobody wants to talk about because they’re not exciting.

Sleep.
Movement.
Nutrition.
Strength.
Stress.

The older I get, the more I realize that feeling good isn’t something to take for granted.

It’s something worth investing in.

That’s why I do what I do. I’m obsessed with helping people feel their best and stay healthy enough to enjoy the life they’re working so hard to build.
