It’s ya girl again cancer conquering Momma! 💪🏼
This is January 2025, I had just had my double mastectomy and this was the only night I had to spend in the hospital through out my entire journey (praise GoD)! However I had reconstructive surgery about 2 weeks after having my double mastectomy and if I had it to do over again I wouldn’t need to stay in the hospital over night the night of the double mastectomy (as you can see in this video I was okay that night)and I would stay the night I had reconstructive surgery! I was absolutely miserable the night of my reconstructive surgery! I was in soooo much pain it was the worst I really wish I would have known that and had the option to stay over night bc I really could have used it with the amount of pain I was in!
⭐️Any one else have a similar experience?

This was probably the hardest part of my cancer journey!
For a very long time I wouldn’t show my bald head!
Going from the pictures with beautiful hair to the pictures being bald literally broke me! I’ve had long hair my entire life well just about! It was that time I got lice in 1st grade and my mom butchered my hair😒
Losing your hair takes away apart of our womanhood we don’t ever talk about, it takes away apart of you that we know will grow back but that doesn’t help and I hated hearing that! It’s a pain like no other!
Thank god we do recover and we do survive! 💪🏼
