You’re getting enough hours.
But you still wake up exhausted.

By 10am → you need coffee
By 2pm → you crash

This isn’t normal.

👉 It’s often not your sleep.
It’s your body struggling underneath the surface.

The most common causes I see:

Poor gut health (you’re not absorbing nutrients)
High stress hormones (your body is stuck in survival mode)
Inflammation (your system is constantly working overtime)
