It all seems so obvious to me now, but it wasn’t always like this!
Here are things to check BEFORE cutting food out of your diet (in no particular order)
1. Relationship to food and health
2. GI Map (gut microbes and function)
3. Movement and breathing
4. Concept of self
5. Energy production vs stress
6. Sense of safety
7. Sunshine, fresh air and playfulness
8. Patterns of eating
9. Balancing of macros:micros
10. Awakening and Listening to reliable hunger and satiety queues
Long term cutting out foods often results in some bizarre food obsession! Especially if when the food was first cut out, the symptoms went away. People will spend their life trying to avoid foods to try to avoid having symptoms. It becomes exhausting, draining and you’re no fun at a dinner party!
