Getting there should never be a barrier to living life, staying connected and accessing the support you need.

Collaborative Health has two wheelchair-accessible vehicles available for regular or one-off transport across the Fraser Coast. You don’t need to be a Collaborative Health participant to access our vehicles. We’re happy to collaborate with participants, families, organisations and other providers.
