It’s learning to trust your voice.

To outgrow what no longer aligns, without guilt, in peace and acceptance that not everyone is here for the whole journey.

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about continuing to evolve in this lifetime.

And becoming more of who you were put here to be.

Today allow yourself 10 minutes with yourself, listen to what comes up.

If you pay attention and if you are honest with yourself you might just hear to exact things that are limiting her.
