We are independent NDIS registered Support Coordinators assisting NDIS participants from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and Gold Coast and beyond - Expanding your world At Supporting Solutions we’re all about people, starting with you. Our team will work with you to find the right supports and therapists to support you. We’ll meet with you for an in-depth and comprehensive review of your NDIS plan

📍 Support Coordinator – North Brisbane
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available

Supporting Solutions Qld is a boutique, registered NDIS provider with a reputation for delivering high-quality, participant-focused Support Coordination services across Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Support Coordinator to join our team on Brisbane’s Northside.

The Opportunity:

Whether you already have an established participant base or are looking to grow your caseload, we would love to hear from you.
Bring your own participants and continue servicing your existing network, or we can provide participants and assist you in building your caseload.
✅ Full-time or part-time opportunities available
✅ Flexible working arrangements
✅ Administrative and management support provided
About You
You are passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and enjoy working within a participant-centred framework.
You will have:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Support Coordinator (preferred)
• A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant-led practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload
• Strong report-writing and administration skills
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Jemma is our Office Manager here at Supporting Solutions Qld.

Jem supports our Support Coordinators to do what they do best,ensuring all bookings for the team, and keeps our days moving smoothly, all while making it look easy.

She’s brilliant with organising our paperwork for meetings, updating our systems and keeps us all on track. Jem is always supportive,with her kindness and compassion, and is our calm in the storm, and yet somehow always makes us laugh when we need it most.

We honestly don’t know how our little team would function without her, and we’re so grateful she’s our Jem! 💎
