High protein dessert in less than 5 minutes 🍫✨
As a self-confessed sweet tooth girlie, I was NOT prepared to give up desserts to reach my 10kg weight loss goal. Every diet made me feel like I had to cut out the foods I loved, which only led to cravings, overeating, and the classic yo-yo dieting cycle.
