This September, I’m not “locking in.” I’m letting go.

Letting go of the idea that I need a strict timeline.

Letting go of restrictive eating.
Letting go of the pressure to completely transform my body.
Letting go of the “I’ll start again Monday” mentality.

I want to feel my best without dieting, without restriction and without making my entire life revolve around being “healthy.”

September can be a fresh start without being another extreme reset.

Ive lost 10kgs eating food just like this, nothing complicated or fancy just simple delicious food that doesn’t take you hours to make

This is my go-to high-protein lunch when I have no idea what to make.

It’s quick, easy, filling and actually tastes good aka exactly what I want when I can’t be bothered thinking about lunch 😂

No time for dinner? 👀

Those busy weeknights when you have little to no time to cook, you’re tired, you’re hungry… but you still want a healthy dinner ready to eat without spending an hour in the kitchen.

That’s when I stop thinking about making a “recipe” and just focus on getting the basics prepped.

Chop the veggies.
Get the kebabs on a tray.
Prep the ingredients.
Into the oven.
Dinner sorted. 🙌

It doesn’t have to be complicated to be a healthy meal.

Sometimes the best easy healthy dinner ideas are the ones that take the least amount of effort especially when you’re trying to get a quick weeknight dinner on the table.

If you’re looking for quick healthy meals, easy dinner ideas or simple healthy meal prep for busy nights, save this for later.

Your comfort level is DECIDING how successful you will be with your healthy habits 🤯 on any given day

But what if you could actually CHANGE it?

Your Comfort Level Scale can reveal why certain healthy habits feel easy to maintain while others feel almost impossible.

It can show up in:
→ Meal planning
→ Cooking healthy meals
→ Getting your workouts done
→ Staying consistent when motivation drops
→ Breaking the “I’ll start again Monday” cycle
→ Moving away from yo-yo dieting

The goal isn’t to force yourself from a 2/10 to a 10/10 overnight.

It’s about understanding where your comfort level is now and gently stretching it so healthier choices become easier to repeat.

In this episode of The Healthy Her Podcast, we unpack the Comfort Level Scale and how it could be the missing piece in understanding your healthy lifestyle habits and consistency.

YOUR DINNER PROBLEM ISN’T MOTIVATION… 👀

It’s 6pm.

You’re exhausted.
You’ve worked all day.
The kids are asking what’s for dinner.
You open the fridge and stare inside hoping dinner will magically appear. 😂

You know you want to eat healthy.

But you have zero energy left to decide what to make, find the ingredients and actually cook it.

So takeaway feels easier.

Or you grab whatever you can find.

And then comes that familiar thought:

“I’ll get back on track tomorrow.”

Sound familiar?

Here’s the thing…

You’re not lazy.
You’re not bad at healthy eating.
And you don’t necessarily need more motivation or willpower.

You need fewer decisions.

That’s exactly why I created the simple 6-step weekly meal planning system I share in my latest episode of The Healthy Her Podcast.

It’s the system I use to make healthy dinners easier when life is busy without complicated meal prep or relying on motivation.

Inside the episode, I’ll show you how to:

✨ Reduce decision fatigue around dinner
✨ Plan quick, healthy dinners for the week
✨ Make family meals easier
✨ Build sustainable healthy eating habits
✨ Stay consistent when motivation is low
✨ Support your weight loss goals without restrictive dieting

Because the goal isn’t to become better at forcing yourself to cook when you’re exhausted.

The goal is to make healthy eating easier BEFORE you get to 6pm.

We’ve got consistency wrong 👀

We’re constantly told that consistency is the secret to healthy eating, exercise and weight loss.

Be consistent with your workouts.
Be consistent with your meal plan.
Be consistent with your healthy habits.
Be consistent every single week.

But what if we’ve got consistency completely wrong?

Because chasing the perfect consistent week can make your healthy lifestyle feel like a full-time job.

You eat perfectly Monday to Friday.

You follow your workout routine.

You hit your goals.

Then life happens.

You miss a workout.
You eat something unexpected.
Your routine changes.

And suddenly you feel like you’ve “fallen off track.”

Instead of chasing consistency, I want you to think about REPETITION.

You went to the gym today?

Go again tomorrow.

You made a healthy breakfast you loved?

Make it again.

You found an easy healthy lunch that works for you?

Repeat it.

You don’t need to constantly create new meal plans, new workouts or the perfect healthy routine.

You need to repeat simple habits that fit your real life.

Because sustainable weight loss and healthy eating habits don’t come from doing everything perfectly.

They come from doing the simple things often enough that they become normal.

That’s when healthy eating and exercise start to feel easier.

Less effort.
Less decision-making.
Less pressure.

And more ease and flow.

So instead of asking:

“How can I be more consistent?”

Try asking:

“What can I simply repeat?”

That mindset shift could completely change the way you approach healthy eating, exercise and sustainable weight loss

Your Chocolate PROBLEM isn’t will power 😅

Because if it’s in the house, you’re eating it. All of it. 😂
That used to be me.

I had a massive sweet tooth and honestly felt like I had zero control around chocolate, lollies and anything sweet.

I’d tell myself I needed more willpower, that I couldn’t be trusted around certain foods, or that I had to completely cut them out if I wanted to lose body fat.

But the problem wasn’t chocolate.
It was my relationship with food.
I had to learn that food doesn’t have feelings. Food isn’t “good” or “bad”. Chocolate isn’t a reward, lollies aren’t a failure, and eating something sweet doesn’t mean you’ve ruined your diet.
It’s just food.

Once I stopped restricting, fearing and obsessing over sweet foods, I could actually learn how to eat them in a way that supported my goals.
And yes —you can have chocolate and lollies in your cupboard AND have a healthy lifestyle. Even if fat loss is your goal. 🍫

The goal isn’t to never eat your favourite foods.
The goal is to get to a place where you can have them in the house, know they’re there, and feel completely in control of when you eat them and how much you eat.

No more:
❌ “I’ll start again Monday”
❌ Hiding chocolate from yourself
❌ Eating the whole packet because you “already messed up”
❌ Feeling guilty for enjoying food
❌ Constantly dieting and restricting

This is exactly what I teach inside Healthy Eating Hype Gal 💗membership and community

I’ll show you how to build a healthy relationship with food, create sustainable healthy eating habits, enjoy the foods you love and feel in control without needing another restrictive diet.
Because sustainable fat loss isn’t about eating perfectly.

It’s about learning how to eat in a way you can actually maintain for life.

The scales aren’t moving?

For years, I thought the number on the scales was telling me whether I was succeeding or failing.

I’d eat well.
I’d exercise.
I’d try so hard to be consistent.

Then I’d step on the scales…

And if the number hadn’t moved or had gone up I’d feel like none of it was working.

I’d question everything.

Was I eating too much?
Was I doing enough exercise?
Why am I not losing weight?
Should I start another diet?

And after years of yo-yo dieting, I became so focused on the number that I completely lost sight of everything else that was changing.

The way my clothes felt.
My energy.
My strength.
My habits.
How consistently I was showing up.

I eventually realised something that completely changed the way I approached my weight loss progress:

I knew my body and my progress better than one number ever could.

That doesn’t mean the scales are “bad” or that you can never weigh yourself.

It means they don’t get to decide whether you’re succeeding.

If you’ve ever stepped on the scales and let that one number determine whether you felt good about yourself that day…

I get it.

And that’s exactly what I talk about in this episode of The Healthy Her Podcast the method I now use to track progress without becoming obsessed with the scales.
