Mason headed up to Cradle Mountain this morning, jumped on the shuttle bus and made it all the way to Dove Lake before heading back.

They had a fantastic night out catching all the action and enjoying one of their favourite things together.

We love being able to support people to get out into the community and spend time doing what they genuinely enjoy.

Trying something a little different!

A couple of our participants recently had a go on a sailing simulator, taking the wheel and seeing what it’s like to steer a ship (without the seasickness).
