There has been a lot of planning, growth and excitement happening over here and along with my rebrand I am so thrilled to be adding more availability!

As of June 22, my calendar is open Monday to Friday 🤗

I know that the cost of living is high and sometimes bodywork and scheduling Reiki/Reflexology/Lymphatic Drainage can feel out of reach or feel like an indulgence.

I want these services to be accessible while also honouring the fact that my time is valuable as well. I don't want cost to prevent someone from booking what they need, I am happy to trade and figure out something that works for both of us!

My mission is to support women through every hormonal season with compassionate, holistic care — helping them reconnect, feel lighter, and step back into their full selves. Through honest connection, making wellness approachable, human, and empowering.

Over the past little while I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on an evolution of my practice.

Soon I’ll be introducing:

This next chapter is all about supporting the body in restoring balance, flow, and deep relaxation.

I’m especially excited to be adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage — a gentle therapy that supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and helps the body function at its best.
