Four years ago, where I was in my career and where I though I'd be now looked very different.

I was on maternity leave, holding my little boy and realizing how quickly time was already passing.

A career coach asked me one question that completely changed the direction of my life:

"What does your ideal day look like?"

At the time, I didn't have a business plan.
I didn't think I was capable of owning a business.
I just knew I wanted more time with my family and work that felt meaningful.

Looking back now, that one question quietly changed everything.

Over the next four years, I did what I could, when I could to try and build this business.

This is the beginning of that story, and I'm really excited to share it with you.

I almost didn't post this...

There is still so much stigma behind mental health and how we as individuals navigate it

I thought for a long time that I was an imposter for building a business based on holistic health and regulating the nervous system naturally

The truth is - you don't have to choose medication over natural, spiritual healing. You can do both and often when you're showing up authentically as yourself, for yourself you can ask "what do I need to be supported". If the answer to that is some medication so that you are able to focus on healing your nervous system, thats okay 🤍

There is never any judgment from me, I am happy that you're here, I am proud that you are showing up in whatever way that is. Keep going 🫶

Over the past little while I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on an evolution of my practice.

Soon I’ll be introducing:

💧 a new therapeutic service
🌿 and some beautiful new treatment combinations

This next chapter is all about supporting the body in restoring balance, flow, and deep relaxation.

I’m especially excited to be adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage — a gentle therapy that supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and helps the body function at its best.
