Happy Sunday! This whole month went by so quickly! It has been a big energy weekend, how are you all feeling?

If you’ve been feeling more emotional, tired, restless, intuitive, reflective or suddenly seeing things with greater clarity it may be because there has been a lot happening energetically.

🌕💫 We just had the Pisces Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse, Mercury Cazimi and strong Uranus energy have created a beautiful combination of release, realization, awakening and change.

Old emotions may be surfacing.

Patterns may suddenly feel clearer.

Things you once tolerated may no longer feel aligned.

Your intuition may feel louder.

And you may simply feel ready for something different.

As we move into Jupiter with Saturn energy, the focus begins shifting from releasing the old to grounding what we’ve learned and creating something more aligned moving forward.

✨ Release → Realize → Awaken → Integrate → Rebuild

From an energy-healing perspective, this can be a beautiful time to slow down, ground yourself, breath with intention, receive Reiki, meditate, journal, eat high frequency food like vegetables and fruits, walk, do gentle yoga, increase water, rest and allow stagnant emotional energy to move.

You don't have to have everything figured out. Often it’s when we don’t have it figured out but we allow ourselves to flow with the energy around us, call in our spiritual team (God, Jesus, & The Holy Spirit, The Archangels, Guardian Angels, Divine Angels, Ascended Masters, Source, Universe, whatever it is that resonates with you most) that creates the perfect alignment for greater success in all areas.

We tend to go throughout our day usually only thinking about the big wins, or lack there of. What if we start to recognize all the little wins that happen? Do we see them, acknowledge them and observe them fully? Do we honour all those little wins? Or do we shrug them off and continue on? Today as you go throughout your day, make sure you acknowledge each little win as they happen. See how it raises your vibration, your frequency and your level of true authentic joy.

The Third Eye Chakra and Heart Chakra cards are for everyone as they also popped out. As you go throughout your day today think about the significance of the heart chakra and third eye chakra. Have you been guarding your heart or keeping it open with healthy boundaries, respect for yourself and others? Have you been ignoring your intuition and inner discernment or honouring what you feel, see and think?

How can we keep these energy centers working and rotating easily for our greatest good and well-being?Are they in coherence with each other? Do they balance each other or do they work against each other? Do these energy centers stay balanced easily or do you need to put some time and effort into keeping them balanced and clear? Just take some time today to sense, notice and feel what these two energy centers are currently holding. Add some slow deep and even breaths into these centers, imagine sending your breath into them separately to sense and notice what they feel like. Is there a resistance? Is there a heaviness? Or do they feel clear, open and balanced? Next send your breath imagining sending them to both energy centers at the same time. What do you notice, sense and feel?

Healing… we all need to heal, and ultimately, our healing is our own responsibility.

Healing isn’t meant to be rushed, pushed or forced.

It’s about taking gentle, intentional steps each day toward becoming more whole, peaceful, compassionate, caring and loving.

What are some gentle steps you’ve taken to support your own healing?

Some of my favourite ways are sitting in the sun, building and enjoying a beautiful campfire, having meaningful conversations, writing, meditation and energy work.

Sometimes healing is found in the simplest moments—the ones that allow us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and find a little more peace.

I think one of the most powerful signs of healing is noticing that the things that once triggered you no longer create the same reaction. You can see situations from different perspectives, have empathy for all sides, and still maintain healthy boundaries.

Healing doesn’t mean we never feel hurt, angry or disappointed again. It means we become more mindful of how we respond, what we carry with us, and what we choose to let go of.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about gently finding your way back to yourself.

✨ A New Chapter Begins — 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal ✨

There is something incredibly meaningful about realizing that today, on the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal, I am officially bringing Saffron Alternative Healing home. 🦁✨

In spiritual traditions, the Lion’s Gate Portal is often seen as a time of transformation, alignment, abundance, courage, and stepping into a new chapter. The number 8 itself symbolizes infinity, balance, empowerment and abundance — and somehow, the timing of this transition feels beautifully aligned.

For me, this move represents so much more than changing locations.

It is about coming home — not only physically, but energetically.

Creating a space that feels completely aligned with the work I do. A peaceful, grounded and intentional environment where massage, Reiki, energy healing, nervous system support, somatic work and spiritual healing can naturally come together.

There is something very special about creating a healing space within my own home — a space that I can nurture, protect and fill with the energy and intention I want my clients to experience the moment they walk through the door.

This chapter feels quieter. More intentional. More authentic. More aligned.

It feels like releasing what no longer fits, trusting where I am being guided, and creating room for something new to grow.

And perhaps there couldn't be a more beautiful day to begin than 8/8 — a day associated with opening new doors, stepping into personal power and welcoming abundance in all its forms.
