Today is World Mental Health Day. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it's okay to ask for support. If you or someone you know is struggling, our pharmacists are here to talk and can help connect you with the right resources.

Cold, flu, and COVID can all feel similar at first, but knowing the difference can help you treat it right. Flu and COVID tend to hit fast with fever, body aches, and fatigue, while colds usually build up gradually with a runny nose and mild cough.

Not sure which one you're dealing with? Stop by and chat with our pharmacist, we can help point you toward the right relief or testing options.

September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It's a day to honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.
We encourage everyone to take time to reflect, learn, and wear orange in recognition of this day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, walked with us, and helped us raise awareness for Ostomy Canada Society at this year's Step Up for Ostomy event! 🎉

Another huge thank you to all of our partners and sponsors who joined us on the ground for helping make this event possible and supporting the 165,000+ Canadians living with an ostomy.

Grateful for this community and everyone who showed up to empower lives and break the stigma. See you next year! 💪
