This past weekend we held our Reconnect Retreat:Earth & Body. Im still trying to fully articulate the experience we shared with these beautiful souls but for now I'll share some pictures and some thank you's
Firstly the Tree of Life, for creating and allowing us to step into such a beautiful piece of this island. I love that place so much, it heals a part of me just coming there and im forever grateful for what you've created and allowing me to share it with others💙
Angie Ryan our silvotherapy session on Saturday was amazing, I felt like I was 7 years old again. We laughed & giggled like school girls, hugs some beautiful trees and immersed ourselves in the land around us. The herbal medicines workshop was a perfect finish to the session🌿 thank you so much for all the work you did preparing💙
Jackie Nugent again, thank you for all of your knowledge and beautiful yoga classes. A perfect way to start each morning. The added Reiki support during my sessions and the overall support you always share. Oh...and our beautiful crystal holder necklace you handmade for everyone was beautiful. It could never be the same without you💙
Danielle Tammy you brought such a beautiful energy and intentional project to our weekend. A way to slow down, ask what we need for ourselves and put that intention into the most beautiful candles. It was just such a perfect addition to the weekend and I need to say how much we appreciate all the work and passion you put into the project... you were our 5th facilitator and it just kinda happened, we love you dearly xoxo🥰
Jenn Porter you spent time and energy creating the most lovely little intention/ spell jars for everyone to add to their experience and it was so appreciated! I collected things from our forest bath to add to mine and sealed in some of this weekends energy to savour✨️
I will add more from this amazing experience once I've finished fully processing it all...until next year💙✨️🌿

A new look, that holds a deeper meaning for me & for Rooted Serenity Energetics. 🤍

The Blue Heron has been symbolic to me personally for years, so when I started thinking about an image that could truly represent Rooted Serenity, it felt like the perfect fit. There is something about the Blue Heron that has always spoken to me. Equally at home among earth, water and sky, she can stand rooted at the water’s edge, completely still and present, while remaining deeply connected to the vastness above her.
To me, she represents the balance between being grounded and being open, between stillness and movement, patience and instinct. She knows when to stay, when to trust, and when it is time to move. Those are things that have held meaning throughout my own journey, and they are woven into so much of what Rooted Serenity has become.
As Rooted Serenity continues to grow and evolve, I wanted the symbol representing it to carry some of that meaning too.
Same Rooted Serenity. Same intention. A symbol that has been part of my own story for years. 🤍

I’ve been wanting to offer this series for a while, I was waiting until it felt like the right time. And this fall, it does. The Everyday Witch is an eight week journey into the practices that bring us back to ourselves, the earth, our intuition and the little bits of everyday magic we may already be carrying without even realizing it.
If this found its way onto your feed and something about it made you stop for a second, pay attention to that. Maybe you’ve been noticing your intuition getting a little louder lately. Maybe you’re already remembering parts of yourself you haven’t quite known what to do with. Sometimes we don’t need another answer. We just need the space to explore what’s already there, learn how to work with it, and trust it a little more. My hope is this series can be that space for you🤍✨️.

The Lionsgate Portal is often spoken of as a time of heightened energy, abundance, expansion and possibility. But for me, the magic of 8/8 is really in the invitation to stop putting human-sized limitations on Universe-sized dreams. We are so quick to decide what is realistic based on our bank account, our circumstances, our age, our past, or simply what we can currently see in front of us. We dream, and then almost immediately begin editing that dream into something that feels more achievable.

Not today. Today, let yourself want what you actually want. Not the smaller version, the sensible version, or the version you already know how to make happen. Dream beyond the how. Ask for the life, the love, the abundance, the freedom, the opportunities and the experiences you truly desire. The Universe doesn't care about your budget or the limitations you've placed around what you think is possible. You don't need to figure out the pathway before you're allowed to name the destination.

So on this Lionsgate Portal, give yourself permission to dream bigger than you have ever allowed yourself to dream before. Leave some room for possibilities you haven't even imagined yet, for doors you don't know exist, and for things to unfold in ways you couldn't possibly plan. May the abundance that finds you be beyond your wildest dreams. ✨
