As we move toward the Scorpio New Moon on November 9, our November 7 session offers a little space to pause, turn inward, and notice what you’re ready to let go of.

Scorpio season invites us beneath the surface. Feelings we’ve pushed aside, patterns we keep returning to, or things we’ve outgrown may be asking for our attention. With the Moon in its final waning phase, we’ll work with themes of release and reflection as we approach a new beginning.

Join us for an afternoon of group breathwork, Spinal Energetics supported with Reiki, and an integration sound bath. An opportunity to reconnect with your body, soften some of what you’ve been carrying, and make room for what comes next.

Come just for the session, or make a day of it with a meal at the amazing Convent Café, a stroll through the local market, or a hike along one of Newfoundland’s beautiful coastal trails.

This is my Colliers location, easily my favorite with those gorgeous mountains & sky views✨️
You can book a session with me for Spinal Energetics, Reiki, nervous system work, guided meditation, spiritual life coaching or past life regression. But you can also call me when you have a whole group in mind and want someone to bring the experience together.

At Shadow Moon Wellness in Colliers, I can host and facilitate up to 12–14 guests for a day retreat, an afternoon or an evening event. If you’re dreaming of an overnight stay or a full weekend, I can arrange a suitable Airbnb or another location. Have a cabin or a place of your own? I can come to you.

Tell me about your people and what you’d love the time together to feel like. I can plan the activities, look after the food, facilitate the weekend and keep everything flowing, so you get to be part of it too. I’m the person who’ll have the coffee brewing and breakfast ready in the morning, and make sure everyone feels included throughout the day.

It might be a deeply spiritual gathering held in ceremony. It might be a chance for a busy team or first responders to slow down and reconnect. Beginning Tuesday, September 22, Serenity Moments is moving through the chakra system, from root to crown. Each week will focus deeply on one chakra through clearing and balancing meditation, journaling, activation, gentle movement, affirmations and breathwork.

Sessions are recorded live on Zoom at 6:20 AM NT every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If mornings do not work for you, each recording will be posted by 7:30 AM so you can take part whenever it fits your day.

Week eight will bring everything together with full system integration and an invitation to join us in person for a closing meditation, breathwork & full chakra sound bath. It will be a chance to honour the time you have devoted to yourself and experience the entire system working together.

The complete eight week series is $88 is being offered at a reduced rate with the option of two payments of $44. Message me to register or learn more.
