To all of my amazing clients, I want to share a little reminder about how things work behind the scenes here at igKnight Massage! 💆‍♀️✨

As many of you know, I am a completely solo entrepreneur. It is just me running the show—which means I don’t have a receptionist! 📲 Because I am hands-on in treatment with clients or focusing on my family, I have strict boundaries in place to keep the business running smoothly, but also to allow me time to disconnect from work like anyone who works a regular job is given. 🧘‍♀️🤍

To help keep things organized, here is how communication works:

* OFFICE HOURS ONLY: I only review and respond to business inquiries during my designated office hours. ⏰
* WHILE IN SESSION: If I am in treatment with a client, my phone is completely away. Your patience is so appreciated! 🤗
* HOW TO REACH ME: Texting, calling, or leaving a voicemail are the ways to get ahold of me. I promise I will get back to you just as soon as I am back in the office and have a free minute! 📞
* A GENTLE REMINDER: Just because technology allows us to send messages 24/7 doesn't mean an instant reply is possible. ALL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS MUST GO STRICTLY THROUGH MY PROFESSIONAL CONTACT CHANNELS LISTED BELOW. 🚫📱
