For the first 24–48 hours after sugaring:
• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and sweating
• Skip tight clothing and friction
• Don’t touch or scratch the treated area
• Avoid lotions, oils, and fragranced products
• Wait before swimming or working out

Once the skin has calmed, gently exfoliate 2–3 times a week and keep the area moisturized.
