Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am an educator and my first career was a post-secondary Prof. You will see that come across in my Coaching style. The only sales pitch I need for our Strong Girls Program is that their parents consistently tell me how excited they are to come and how much better their mood is...and if a happier teenage daughter isn't a sales pitch....I don't know what is!

Our Strong Girls program is designed to teach your 12-16 year old the movement fundamentals important in the gym. Each week they are introduced to lifts and movement patterns in a safe and supportive environment. For the summer our Strong Girls will be running on Lorne Street on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15PM.

Choose from once per week, or twice per week as monthly options. Or you can access the class on a class pass.
Sign up based on the number of times your Teen will attend each week. **Be sure to choose the "Strong Girls" version of our memberships. All sign up happens in our App - Round Two Fitness and Cycle.

What if I can’t make every class?

That is completely okay. Consistency does not have to mean perfect attendance, it just means showing up when you can.

When you do come in, make sure you sign in. It helps us keep track of your progress, makes sure you are getting credit for your classes and rewards, and helps us support you better along the way.

Just show up when you can and check in when you do! 🤩💪🏻

We have a full virtual platform, and this summer we are expanding it even more!

You can now access:

• 3 Strong workouts each week
• 2 Pilates sessions each week
• 1 Yoga class each week

That means more flexibility, more options, and more ways to stay consistent wherever summer takes you.
Virtual access is included with Classic and Extreme memberships, and we also offer a Virtual membership that includes one in-person class per week.

This summer, we are also opening virtual access to Lite members upon request. If you would like access, please email [email protected], and we will get you set up.

Not sure how to use Virtual? We are happy to help with that too.

Even showing up once a week still counts.

It is not about doing everything perfectly, it is about staying accountable to yourself in whatever way works right now.

Some days you will not feel like coming, but those are often the days that matter most.

If summer gets busy, your routine does not have to disappear with it. There are always ways to adjust so it still works for you. Including our virtual options!

We say the same thing every summer. Taking the full summer off is going to make September REALLY hard.

Like talking to a brick wall.

And if you are playing summer sports, your chance of injury increases significantly if you skip the gym.

Reduce what you are doing inside the gym to allow for your sports/travel, but don’t stop completely!

Not everyone loves stretching… until your body reminds you why it matters.

Taking the time to stretch after class makes a big difference in how you move, feel and recover, especially with summer activities picking up.

Take the extra few minutes for it. Your body will thank you later!
