Round Two Fitness & Cycle Studio Boutique Fitness and Cycle Studio, with over 70 classes each week! Strength, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Mom & Me! I am Coach Michelle.

Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am an educator and my first career was a post-secondary Prof. You will see that come across in my Coaching style. I am a kettlebell and fitness enthusiast, sometimes a runner, yoga instructor and Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach. I speak from the heart and have no filter left to tolerate bull sh*t. How can I relate to you? All that once

We are welcoming some new coaches this September! Give a warm welcome to Shelly, who we are very fortunate to have back in the Sudbury area. She brings more than 15 years of Pilates experience with her. You'll mostly find her at our Valley East location - but look for her soon on Lorne in our Reformer room and some new Barre classes!

Just a few of the objections we hear... Once someone told me she couldn't start because she just had her eyebrows done. I didn't reply to that message. But some of these "objections" really are easy to address. If one of these speaks to you...maybe you should reach out.

And if you're a current client who once had one of these objections comment with what your "Zoom In" would be!
