The only sales pitch I need for our Strong Girls Program is that their parents consistently tell me how excited they are to come and how much better their mood is...and if a happier teenage daughter isn't a sales pitch....I don't know what is!
Our Strong Girls program is designed to teach your 12-16 year old the movement fundamentals important in the gym. Each week they are introduced to lifts and movement patterns in a safe and supportive environment. For the summer our Strong Girls will be running on Lorne Street on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15PM.
Choose from once per week, or twice per week as monthly options. Or you can access the class on a class pass.
Sign up based on the number of times your Teen will attend each week. **Be sure to choose the "Strong Girls" version of our memberships. All sign up happens in our App - Round Two Fitness and Cycle.
