Most migraine supplement lists look like this:
Magnesium.
CoQ10.
Riboflavin.
Melatonin.
Feverfew.
I'm exhausted just typing out the whole list. Please don't just go out and buy them all.
It's not that any of those are unreasonable options, It just skips past the first question:
"What's actually driving the migraines?"
Because a targeted plan will almost always outperform a random collection of supplements. Look, supplements can absolutely have a role in migraine prevention. (I recommend them all the time!)
But they work best when they're part of a plan. Not THE plan.
When you're ready for a clear plan that focuses on what actually makes a difference, book an appointment.
