•Workshops•Mentorship•YACEP Courses Yoga has brought balance to my life in so many ways, physically, mentally, and energetically. I believe Yoga can give us the tools to get the most out of life and be comfortable with discomfort all sorts. I a

m honoured to assist others in discovering this for themselves. I was first drawn to Yoga while I was in high school. Thinking Yoga would be a great balance to my passions of riding horses and fitness training. It didn’t take long for me to find out how many more benefits I would receive beyond the physical ones. I took Yoga teacher training in 2010 Trinity Yoga Centre (a Kripalu affiliate school) in Kelowna BC, Canada and it became my full time job shortly after. I also completed my SUP Yoga teacher training with SUP Vancouver in 2012. I have had the privilege to practice and train in many styles of Yoga since then and discover what Yoga is for me and how to create an inclusive experience for my students. I love being inspired and sponge up any opportunity to learn. So, in 2017 I embarked on an intensive journey to accomplish my 300hr advanced teacher training with Lila Vinyasa. This course was just what I needed to push my practice and offering as a teacher. The people I met along this journey lit up my life I feel grateful to have spent several weeks immersed in Yoga teachings with the most cohesive group I could have imagined. The requirements for this course have challenged me on every level and I am continually working towards completing the post requisites and elevate my offerings. Horses and paddle-boarding have been such a passion of mine while living in the Okanagan. So I was extremely excited to be able to offer classes not only in Kelowna but, at Yukon’s Edge Yoga retreat. This retreat, which we started in 2017, has been one of my dreams come true. Yoga, horseback riding, SUP yoga, healthy food, local wine and one of the most stunning and remote valleys in British Columbia. The retreat offers an unplugged environment where guests get to be at one with nature and reset they're nervous systems. I hope by living these teachings I can enhance my life and the life of others.

Registration is open.

Nurtured Belonging is happening October 17th, a full day retreat inside the greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing. Kinnikinnick Landing

This is the kind of full day that feels good. A day to belong to yourself first, and to be held in community.

Nothing about it is rushed, the transitions are unhurried on purpose, so there’s room to actually notice what’s happening while it’s happening, instead of catching it in hindsight.

Vinyasa, restorative, a sound experience, meditation, breathwork, a reflection circle, a nourishing lunch.

Every attendee also goes home with a gift bag valued at over $100, plus a chance to win door prizes.

Spaces are limited, and they’ll go quickly.
$249 per person. Link in bio to reserve your spot.

May all roads lead back to yoga, self & belonging.

Save the date. October 17th.

Nurtured Belonging is coming back.

Spend a full day, with me and community, inside the greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing, 10:00 to 4:30ish. There’s vinyasa, a sound shavasana, a catered nourishing lunch, meditation and journaling, breathwork, and a sharing circle, all winding down into a soothing sound bath to close the day.

Nothing about it is rushed. The transitions are long on purpose, so there’s room to actually settle into each part instead of moving through it.

A day to belong to yourself, and a day to connect with others.

Ticket info coming soon.

Full details and booking link coming soon. Save the date and I’ll let you know the moment registration opens.

May all roads lead back to yoga.
