Recovery isn’t about being perfect or having perfect days. There will be moments where you might feel discouraged, overwhelmed or like you didn’t show up the way you wanted to. But one difficult a moment doesn’t erase all the progress you have made, and you do not have to wait for tomorrow to “start” again.

Keep going, give yourself grace and compassion — ask yourself gently, what is my next best recovery step? 🤍

Recovery is a brave choice. And being ready doesn’t always mean feeling ready. Some days you might feel willing, hopeful and strong — other days you may be overcome with fear, doubt and exhaustion. We know that feelings of readiness can vary from day-to-day. What matters is continuing to listen for the part of you that wants to heal, even when the part that is scared feels loud. Choosing recovery (imperfectly!) takes courage — keep going 🫶
