Most people think it’s just plants or natural remedies.
But naturopathy is actually much deeper than that.
It’s a holistic approach that looks at how your body, mind, lifestyle, and environment are all connected.
And more importantly: how imbalances in one area affect everything else.
As a naturopath (N.D.), I don’t focus on symptoms in isolation.
I look at patterns, root causes, and how your daily life is shaping your health from the inside out.
Because your body is always trying to adapt.
The goal is to support that process, not fight against it.
