The next winter kids' yoga workshop is themed Animal Adventures!

This action packed hatha yoga class will incorporate intentional breathwork paired with yoga poses. Kids will use their breath to help guide them through sequences, help support balancing poses and bring awareness to the body. We will begin and end class with guided meditations featuring different animals.

During our Reiki sessions today we could feel such a beautiful energy of expansion. Knowing we are deeply connected and held in something greater.

Why Reiki?

Improved intuition.

This season I've seen an abundance of squaking blue jays. Sometimes at our bird feeder, sometimes in the maple bush and other times flying around playing in the backyard.

I've been wondering what their symbolism is. It turns out they are "a sign to trust your intuition, use your voice, and stay true to your convictions". A fitting message from such a vocal bird!

If you are intuitively guided to explore Reiki for the first time or book in for a much needed reset, I'm offering a handful of winter sessions at The Root Studio in Perth on February 15 & March 15!

Monthly Kids' Workshops designed for children 5-10 years old.

Each class includes a theme, yoga practice, breathwork exercises, and a creative activity that encourages self-expression and mindfulness.

Join us one Sunday morning a month from 9:30am-1030am in Perth.

WINTER SOLSTICE KIDS' YOGA WORKSHOP

Join us for a special workshop designed for children to celebrate the longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice. This kids' yoga workshop will incorporate storytelling, restorative yoga poses, and creative activities, allowing kids to connect with nature and the changing seasons. Children will unwind, explore mindfulness, and embrace the magic of winter together.
