I thought twice about heading out early for this walk today, but Leo was persistent and I am so glad we went. The trail all to ourselves, the silence mixed with the little forest animals 🐿️ 🐰 just waking up and the fresh rain smell.

One thing I have learned is that you never regret the walks, the time in nature or with your pets, the yoga class, the meditation, the reiki session and whatever feeds your soul. Sometimes we just need a little push to get there! 💫
