I love when you find the perfect book 📚 at the perfect time! Gala Darling There are so many synchronicities in this book for me. I believe that self-love is a key 🔑 to healing. I am only on page 58 but I am loving this book so far! Has anyone read this book? What book are you reading or listening to? What book is on your list?

Did a celery cleanse yesterday morning as soon as I woke up on an empty stomach. 16 oz is the recommended amount according to what I read. I have always been drawn to this cleanse as it's reported to be great for the liver and can clear out any liver flukes. It's also recommended you are near a washroom for a number of hours after drinking it 🙃

Over the years I have tried many things for health and I will continue to experiment and use combinations that I find work best for me.

Has anyone tried this one before? What other cleanses or things have you tried for your health?

Pulled some medicine cards for myself. I love using these cards, tarot or oracle cards to help with spiritual guidance & reflection. I always get reminders & validation on my path. Cards #1 Lizard: rekindle lost goals or desires, expand your vision, honour messages in your dreams Card #2 Snake: transmute all poisons, shed the skin of the past, Honour the change in progress Card #3 Whale: acknowledge your mission, trust your path & become your chosen destiny.

All of these messages are exactly what I am meant to hear today ✨️ 🥰 What tools do you find helpful for guidance, validation & reflection? If you use tarot cards, what's your favourite deck called?
