We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, our remarkable New Front Desk Supervisor, Patrixia—though you can call her “Pat.” With her vibrant energy and remarkable credentials, Pat is sure to enhance your experience with us.
Pat and her family have been calling Montreal-Quebec home for the past four years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the esteemed Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
Her professional journey is impressive, with six years at TPG Australia Call Center Company, where she excelled as both a Customer Support Representative and a Quality Assurance Specialist. Additionally, Pat has brought her expertise to Virgin Mobile and Bell Canada Sykes Asia.
She also served as a Marketing Assistant at Universal Storefront Services Corp. In this role, she led marketing initiatives and business development efforts, which included conducting research, managing correspondence, and overseeing the internal database. Additionally, she promoted and sold products, executed marketing campaigns, and participated in brainstorming sessions to provide insights aimed at enhancing public relations strategies.
Having traveled across Norway, Denmark, and The Netherlands, Pat engaged in cultural exchange programs that enriched her understanding of diverse cultures.

As of now, she is on day five of her intensive training to step into Hazel’s role, which is certainly a challenge. We understand that training can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, so we kindly ask all our valued clients—both old and new—to offer their support to Pat. She has assured us that she will do her utmost to manage your bookings. 🌺✨
