One year ago, I returned home from a 51-day solo journey through Bali, Ireland, Spain, the Azores, Italy, and Costa Rica.

At the time, I thought the journey was over.

I had no idea that the next chapter would be writing about it.

Over the past year, I have poured my heart into a memoir called *My Journey Home*—a story of healing, self-discovery, courage, spiritual awakening, and returning home to myself.

Just a few days ago, on the one-year anniversary of my return, I submitted the book proposal to Hay House.

Today, I am sharing something special with you.
