Some people notice warmth or tingling.
Some feel deeply relaxed or sleepy.
Others may feel emotions rising, a sense of calm, lightness, or subtle waves of energy moving through the body.

There is no right or wrong way to experience a healing session.

Sometimes the shifts are very noticeable.

Healing is not always obvious.

Sometimes it does not feel like progress right away. Sometimes it looks like needing more rest, feeling uncomfortable in old patterns, noticing your triggers sooner, or wanting peace more than chaos.

These can be quiet signs that something inside you is changing.

You may be healing if:

Too emotional.
Too affected by other people.
Too aware.

But nature itself responds to subtle changes.

Animals sense storms before they arrive.

Distance healing allows you to receive support from the comfort of your own home.

We begin by connecting online and taking a few moments to talk about how you are feeling and what you would like support with. Then you get comfortable, relax, and listen to calming music while I focus on your energy and provide the healing session.

When the session is complete, we reconnect and share what you noticed or experienced.

The days before the New Moon are often associated with rest, reflection, and making space for what comes next.

Protecting your energy is part of healing.
Sometimes boundaries look like saying no.
Sometimes they look like taking space before answering.
Sometimes they look like choosing peace instead of pressure.
Having boundaries does not mean you are being cold, selfish, or unkind.
It means you are learning to honour what feels healthy, balanced, and true for you.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to take care of yourself.
You are allowed to choose what supports your peace.
🌿 Boundaries are not rejection.
They are self-respect.
