At Vita Vitalis Wellness Center & Spa we offer a variety of Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services, with our main goal being to assist you in achieving optimal physical well-being and relaxation through the power of therapeutic touch.

Our team of skilled and experienced RMTs are dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each client, as we understand that every individual has unique needs and goals. We strive to create a serene and comfortable environment where you can unwind and escape the stresses of daily life, while promoting muscle tension relief and improving circulation.

Our RMTs are trained in a variety of modalities, such as Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial and Neuromuscular approaches, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Deep Trigger Point Release, Laryngeal Manipulation and TMJ Therapy.

Somatic Experiencing at Vita Vitalis

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle, body-centred approach designed to help release chronic stress and trauma symptoms in a way that feels safe, supportive, and manageable. Unlike traditional talk therapy, SE does not require you to re-live or retell traumatic experiences. Instead, it focuses on helping you reconnect with your body and support your nervous system’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. 🌿

Through guided awareness and nervous system support, sessions can help build resilience to stress, increase vitality, and create a greater sense of calm and connection within yourself.

At Vita Vitalis, Shaina blends Somatic Experiencing with Somatic Practice inspired by the work of Kathy Kain. Sessions may take place seated or on a massage table, fully clothed, with optional gentle touch work to support nervous system regulation and body awareness.

SE may support:
• Anxiety & chronic stress
• Burnout & trauma recovery
• Chronic pain & fatigue
• Digestive issues & headaches
