Every Sunday until the end of August, you’ll find me at the Coquitlam Farmers Market offering 15-minute Shiatsu Massage & Sound Healing sessions. It’s a wonderful opportunity to pause, take a deep breath, and experience a little deep relaxation in the middle of your day.

Many people tell me they’ve never experienced anything quite like Shiatsu Massage combined with Sound Healing.

If you’ve been curious, I’d love for you to stop by, say hello, and ask questions. Whether you’d like to try a 15-minute sample session at the market or learn more about the longer, personalized treatments I offer in my peaceful studio in Newport Village, Port Moody, you’re always welcome.

I’ll be at the market every Sunday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM until the end of August, and I’d love to meet you.

I wanted to share a little glimpse of my treatment space. I run a small, quiet studio here in Port Moody where I offer sessions that combine Shiatsu Massage and therapeutic sound vibration.

These sessions are designed to support the nervous system and help the body shift out of stress mode into deep relaxation. Many people come because they’re feeling overwhelmed, dealing with tension or pain, having trouble sleeping, or simply needing a place to truly unwind.

The work is gentle and deeply calming. Clients often notice their body soften, their mind settling and a sense of reset afterwards. They regularly share feeling grounded, lighter and brighter.

If you’re feeling stressed, wired, or exhausted, this kind of nervous system support can be incredibly helpful.

Last night’s vibroacoustic group session was incredible. ✨
The room was quiet, yet the whole space was filled with gentle vibration.

Participants relaxed with their backs supported by special sound pillows that transmit soothing vibrations directly into the body. The sound travels through the tissues, supporting the nervous system, easing tension and pain, and creating what many describe as a subtle cellular massage from within.

Participants consistently reported a deep sense of relaxation. Tension melted away, and many could still feel a pleasant buzzing sensation moving through their body long after the vibrations had stopped.

These sessions are always such a beautiful reminder of how quickly the body can shift into a state of deep rest when given the right support. ✨
