We are growing our team in Red Deer and Innisfail! 🌟 We are currently looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Health Care Aides (HCAs) to join us in both Part-Time and Casual positions—with no night shifts required!

Position Details

Wage: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Types: Part-Time and Casual

Shifts: Days and evenings only (No Nights)

Locations: Red Deer and Innisfail

Key Responsibilities

Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging conversation.

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).

Accompanying clients on walks, appointments, or social outings.

Assisting with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.

Monitoring and reporting changes in client health status.

Job Requirements

Certification: Certified Health Care Aide (graduated from an accredited program).

Registry: Registered and in good standing with the Alberta HCA Directory.

Background Check: Clear Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last 6 months).

First Aid: Current CPR / First Aid certification.

Immunizations: Up-to-date immunization record.

Experience: Previous experience as an HCA is considered a strong asset (but new grads are welcome!).

Skills: Strong empathy, excellent communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Assets: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
