Ready to take the next step in your foot care nursing career?

Foot care nurse training is now available in Red Deer through AFCN Learning Institute, with theory completed online and in-person clinical training provided by Jessa Fiel, RN, the founder of Feet Terrific Nursing Foot Care and the only Clinical Educator in Alberta under the AFCN Learning Institute.

This program is designed for RPNs, RNs and LPNs who want to build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills and learn in a real foot care practice setting.

Jessa brings practical, real-world experience from building and leading a trusted foot care practice in Red Deer, giving students guidance that goes beyond theory and into everyday clinical application.

We’re excited to share that Jessa has joined the AFCN Learning Institute as a Clinical Educator for Red Deer!

This partnership is a meaningful next step for Jessa and the Feet Terrific Nursing Foot Care team as we continue helping raise the standard of foot care in Central Alberta. Through AFCN Learning Institute, students will complete their theory online and receive hands-on clinical training in person with Jessa here in Red Deer.

As the founder of Feet Terrific, Jessa brings real-world experience from building a growing foot care practice, leading a team of nurses and serving clients through community and facility partnerships across the region.

For students, this is more than training. It is a chance to learn from someone who understands the clinical side, the business side and the heart behind providing quality foot care.

If you’re an LPN or RN from Central Alberta and are interested in becoming an Advanced Foot Care Nurse, we’re excited for your journey and Jessa would be honored to share her experience with you.
