Another new face is joining us at Prairie Roots! 🌿 We’re excited to welcome Greg to the collective as our newest counsellor!

Greg is a graduate of Stenberg College and offers individual and couples counselling through his practice, Allan Therapyworks. His approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, work through challenges, and build practical tools for everyday life.

Greg incorporates Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and attachment-based approaches into his practice. He supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation, and those seasons of life that can feel a little uncertain or overwhelming.

Greg offers free consultations, with appointments available in-clinic, or online. You can find him on Psychology Today, book through his client portal, or connect with him through Prairie Roots.

We’re so happy to have him joining our little collective! 🤎🌿

We’re so excited to welcome a new face to Prairie Roots! 🌿

Meet our newest RMT, Trevor! He comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the massage therapy world! After recently making the move from Saskatchewan to Manitoba, he’s settling into his new home and we’re very happy that Prairie Roots gets to be part of this next chapter.

He brings a ton of knowledge to the treatment room, with experience in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, TMJ, pre & postnatal massage, active injury maintenance, relaxation massage and helping clients work through pain, tension and muscular imbalances.

His approach is all about meeting you where you’re at — whether you’re working through an injury, trying to move and feel better, or simply need an hour to slow down and relax.

We feel very lucky to have him joining our little Prairie Roots crew and can’t wait for you all to meet him! 🌿

His books are officially OPEN! 🤎

Please join us in welcoming Madison to Prairie Roots Wellness Collective! 🌾

Madison is a Psychotherapist/Counsellor and the owner of Hillis Therapy. Beginning in mid-July, she will be offering in-person sessions on Mondays at Prairie Roots Wellness Collective, as well as virtual sessions 7 days a week (yes, weekends too! 🤍).

Madison takes a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to create a therapeutic experience tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She works with children, youth, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, body image concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and more.

One of Madison’s core beliefs is that no problem is too “small” or “silly” for therapy. If it’s weighing on your mind, it is worth exploring.
