Another unforgettable weekend at the Blue Nose Marathon in Halifax, Nova Scotia 💙

From the water stations and cheering crowds to finish line celebrations and the post-race massage recovery tent, it was amazing to see the community come together once again for one of Nova Scotia’s biggest events.

The Lifemark team was proud to be part of the action all weekend long, supporting runners, volunteers, and spectators along the way. Huge congratulations to everyone who participated and crossed that finish line. Rain, wind, sunshine and sore legs. Nova Scotia kept us guessing all weekend 👏

Meet The Team - Zachery Peach, Certified Kinesiologist & Clinical Lead

Zachery grew up in Grand Bank before moving to St. Johns in 2018 to attend university. He graduated from Memorial University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and has been a part of the Lifemark team at Avalon Physiotherapy since June 2023.

Zach has always embraced an active lifestyle with a background in a variety of sports including hockey running, softball, and powerlifting. Maintaining an active lifestyle will not only create a positive impact on the physical health of an individual, but also improve the mental health. 💪
