I get a lot of emails, FB messages and texts asking whats the cost of my programs. Totally understandable. Most likely I will reply to this person encouraging them to set a time that we can chat over the phone- that way I can go over the programs, including cost and answer any questions that person may have. Makes sense. In having said that I just don't give out the cost (not to be sketchy so that person will call and I'll talk them into becoming a client). First and most importantly I'm not devaluing Empowering YOU by a price/cost without that person knowing what I am about. The second reason is that all EY programs are individualized and I work one on one with the client. I don't know that person who was asking the cost: does he/she have health risks, how much do they want to lose, what their their needs are, and the list goes on as to why I need to speak to this person. I also like to know who I potentially will be working with because it does go both ways. I am a Certified Life/Health Coach I don't only do individualized weight loss plans, I also address the cognitive behavior of my clients.
