Each scent was thoughtfully crafted to complement the hot, cold, and stillness of Habitat and the different seasons.

Ever heard of Hyrox or did you sign up for Hyrox in December and want to change up your training? Start your day with a quality outdoor workout at Habitat lead by Cam Friesen, an Exercise Physiologist and Hyrox Performance Coach.

Join us Saturday, August 15 @ 8:00am and 10:00am

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
* Hybrid-style 40 minute workout utilizing concept 2 bike, ski and row ergs with other strength stations sprinkled in.
* Full access to our saunas and cold plunges for the remainder of the 1.5 hr session.
