Meet Lily Nguyen, our new Studio Host at Life Story 🤍

Lily joins us with nearly 20 years of experience, most recently at Lululemon, where she worked behind the scenes building community, sharing purpose-driven stories, and supporting initiatives that helped drive millions in charitable giving. Now, she’s bringing that same warmth, care, and intention into the studio at Life Story.

With a background spanning guest experience, communications, digital marketing, project management, and social impact, Lily is deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for.

Outside the studio, you can find Lily teaching at Kondi Fitness and spending time with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Maximus + Pip.

Today, we say goodbye to someone incredibly special. 🤍

After 3.5 amazing years, Danielle is beginning a new chapter, and while we’ll miss her deeply, we couldn’t be more grateful for the impact she’s had on Life Story.

Danielle has set the standard for excellence, grace, and exceptional client care from the very beginning. Her elegance, kindness, professionalism, and calming presence have touched not only our team, but every guest who’s walked through our doors. She has been such an important part of the Life Story story, and we are endlessly thankful for everything she’s brought to this space over the years.
