The biggest joy of running an international healing practice is the people it brings into my life every single day. Hundreds of people over the last few years, from all over the world, each with their own stories, cultures and journeys.

Last month in London, I had the pleasure of attending Sarka’s birthday celebration and spending the evening with these beautiful women, with whom I have had the privilege of working and teaching over the years. Some came into my life as clients, some as students, and along the way, these professional connections have often grown into warm and meaningful human ones.

I feel deeply grateful for the people this work has brought into my life, and for the many unexpected ways in which our paths cross beyond the work itself.

I walked through the campus of Kingston University for the first time this year since completing my MBA in 2009, and it was incredibly nostalgic. Every familiar path seemed to bring back a memory from my student days, when I was trying to find my bearings in a new country, a new university and a completely new way of life.

When I chose to pursue an MBA, I believed it would strengthen my career in journalism. I could never have imagined that years later, those lessons in business, strategy, finance, communication, and working across cultures would become invaluable in building a global practice that now serves clients from around the world.

Returning to Kingston University wasn’t just about revisiting my alma mater. It reminded me that the value of an education isn’t always revealed immediately. Sometimes, it quietly shapes the person you become and the work you go on to do, even if that journey looks nothing like the one you originally imagined.

Looking back, I realise my MBA was never just preparation for a corporate career. It gave me the skills, perspective and confidence to build a practice of my own. No experience is ever wasted. Sometimes, the dots only connect years later.

It feels surreal to be visiting Stonehenge for the first time. Standing in front of these giant sarsen stones, soaking in the energy and expansiveness of this ancient place, is something else. No one fully knows who built it or exactly why, which somehow makes it even more fascinating.

Spent a day with friends on their kinnow farms in Sirsa, learning a thing or two about farming. It was such a pleasant change of pace away from my healing sessions and akashic readings. Totally enjoyed this break.

“At the right time, God leads you to the right place.”
Finally finished this oil painting. I wanted to paint the feeling of divine timing, that moment when life opens a doorway into the place you were always meant to reach. The portal, the clouds, the prayer flags, and the skyline of this beautiful city of dreams became symbols of hope, destiny, and arriving exactly where you are meant to be at the perfect time.
