One of the most common questions I get asked is:
How many sessions will I need in order for a change to happen?

It depends on what someone is trying to change, how long the pattern has been there, how motivated they are, and whether the nervous system feels safe enough to integrate change. Hypnosis is less like a light switch and more like training a path through a forest. Some trails clear quickly. Others have had decades of traffic.
Generally speaking…

1–3 sessions

Often enough for:

simple habits
performance confidence
mild stress
sleep support
motivation
test anxiety
public speaking
reinforcement work

4–8 sessions

Common for:

generalized anxiety
people pleasing
self-worth patterns
procrastination
nervous system dysregulation
mild trauma-related patterns
chronic overwhelm
