🍂 What are you ready to release?
Fall has a beautiful way of reminding us that change is natural.
The trees don't hold onto every leaf.
They let go when the time is right.
And maybe we can give ourselves permission to do the same.
Sometimes, what we're ready to release isn't something obvious.
It might be an old belief about ourselves.
A pattern we've been repeating.
The need to have everything figured out.
A relationship with something that no longer feels aligned.
A fear that has been taking up more space than it needs to.
Or simply an expectation of who we thought we were supposed to be.
Letting go doesn't always happen all at once.
Sometimes, it begins with simply noticing:
This doesn't feel like me anymore.
And that's enough to begin.
As you move through this season, perhaps ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I ready to make space for?
✨ What would feel lighter if I stopped carrying it?
Coming home to yourself isn't always about finding something new.
Sometimes, it's about gently letting go of what has been keeping you from yourself. 🩷
