One of the things our clients love most about Infinity?

The community. 💙

It’s not just a place to work out.

It’s being greeted by name.

It’s people noticing when you’ve been missing.

It’s laughing between sets.

It’s having someone push you when you need it…

and support you when you don’t feel like showing up.

And apparently, sometimes it’s our coaches physically carrying a full-grown adult into the gym because she didn’t want to leave the couch. 😂

But honestly?

That’s what makes the difference.

Showing up is easier when you feel like you belong somewhere.

And it’s even easier when you have a friend beside you.

✔️ Accountability
✔️ Motivation
✔️ Support
✔️ Someone to laugh with when the workout gets hard

Right now, when you sign up with a friend, you’ll both receive BOGO 30% OFF.

Tag your workout partner 👇

Or send this to the friend who’s been saying, “I’ve been meaning to start.”

We’ll help you both get through the door. 💪

Meet Heather Woodward, Registered Social Worker, MSW-IK, and one of the newest members of the Infinity team. 💛

Heather brings over 25 years of experience, formal education, and lived experience to the table — and this video gives you such a real glimpse into why she does this work.

After years of crisis-driven frontline work, burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic stress, and her own health struggles, Heather learned firsthand that our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are all connected.

And that’s exactly why we’re so excited to have her as part of our team.

Heather brings a deeply relational, strengths-based, and wholistic approach to wellness. She helps clients look inward, understand what they’re carrying, reconnect with themselves, and create more balance in realistic, sustainable ways.

She’s honest, relatable, compassionate, funny, and brings the kind of straight talk that makes people feel seen and supported.

This is what whole-person coaching looks like.

Nutrition. Fitness. Mindset. Stress. Mental wellness. Accountability. Support that goes deeper than just a meal plan or a workout.

And because we now have Registered Social Workers as part of our online coaching team, your coaching program may be eligible for health insurance coverage — with some clients getting up to 80% back.

Age is just a number.

We say this all the time when we watch women in their 50s, 60s and beyond build strength, confidence, muscle, mobility, and completely surprise themselves with what their bodies are still capable of.

And in Belinda’s case? She is living proof. At 62, she has been showing up, getting stronger, building confidence, and investing in her long-term health in a way that is so freaking inspiring to watch.

But there’s another part of this story I really love.

Belinda works with Zoey — one of our younger coaches.

And I know some women hesitate when they see a younger coach.

“Will she get it?”
“Can she understand what I’m going through?”
“Does she have enough experience?”

And while Zoey may not personally know what it feels like to go through menopause, raise kids, or navigate health changes in your 50s and 60s, what she does have is something you cannot fake:

She listens.
She remembers the details.
She is sharp, prepared, and on the ball.
She encourages without judging.
She believes in her clients before they fully believe in themselves.
And her passion for helping women succeed is contagious.

Belinda said it best in her testimonial — Zoey makes her feel supported, seen, and capable.

And that matters.

Because the best coaching relationship is not about ego, age, or pretending to know everything. It is about trust. It is about feeling safe enough to try. It is about having someone in your corner who sees your potential and helps you keep going when you might otherwise talk yourself out of it.

A 20-something-year-old coach and a 60-something-year-old client may seem like an unlikely pair to some people.

But these two are proof that when respect, knowledge, encouragement, and openness meet — incredible things happen.

Belinda, we are so proud of you.

And Zoey, this is exactly the kind of coaching that changes lives. 🤍

✨ Client Spotlight: Laurie ✨

Career mom of two. Busy life. Big mental load. And she still made the decision to put herself back on the list.

What Laurie has to say:

“Starting at Infinity was the best decision I made for myself and I am so grateful I went for it. Being a tired busy working mom of 2 kiddos (5 & 7), I had let my physical and mental health fall too far to the wayside, and for FAR too long.

I was stressed, exhausted, burnt out, and unhappy with how I felt and looked physically. But now being in my late 30s and having had two kids, everything was different.

The nightly snacking, overeating at meal times, constant grazing, food cravings, and the physical inactivity actually had real consequences now. I felt hungry all the time despite eating constantly, bloated, inflamed, lethargic. I held on to 20+ lbs since having my second child, and I was on the path to becoming more and more unhealthy and unwell. This was not sustainable.

I knew I had the motivation, but the problem with motivation is that it can fade. Discipline is what I needed, and unwavering support and accountability.

Enter: Amanda and Infinity. Amanda has been exactly what I needed and more. She has taught me so much about food, nutrition, body positivity, strength, and myself - what I can be capable of. Hands down the most knowledgeable, kind, passionate and funny person I have ever met!

Can’t recommend Amanda and the Infinity team enough!!”

We are so damn proud of you, mama! 💪🏼

This might make you feel uncomfortable...

Good.

Women have spent way too long feeling uncomfortable talking about what actually happens to their bodies during perimenopause.

As estrogen declines, tissues throughout the body can change, including the va**na.

Common va**nal changes in perimenopause can include:

✔ Dryness
✔ Irritation or discomfort
✔ Pain during intimacy
✔ More frequent UTIs
✔ Changes in sensation
✔ Increased sensitivity

And somehow, we’re still whispering about it like it’s some big secret. 🤫

These changes are incredibly common, but they’re not something you just have to “put up with.”

For many women, va**nal estrogen can be a game changer. There are also other treatment options available, and we’re grateful to work directly with Ann at for women who need more support exploring what’s right for them.

At Infinity, we’re all about real talk. No censoring. No shame. No pretending this stuff isn’t happening.

This is exactly why Sue and I created Stuck In The Middle.

Not another dry, clinical, overwhelming perimenopause course that makes you feel like you need a biology degree and 47 supplements to survive midlife.

This is real talk, practical education, actual strategy, and the kind of conversations women are already having in group chats, bathrooms, cars, and whispered side conversations.

Except we’re bringing them out loud.

With humour. With honesty. With zero shame.

Because women deserve to understand what the hell is happening to their bodies and brains without feeling broken, dismissed, or alone.

Comment “VAGINA” and we’ll add you to the list to stay informed when the program opens.

There. We made you type it too. 😛
