📣 Reminder for Sandy Bay Parents:
The Sandy Bay Health Centre would like to remind parents and caregivers to please review, sign, and return the eye exam permission form that was sent home with students through the school. ✍️📄

Healthy vision is imperative for communication, learning, and overall success in school and daily life. 📚🧠 Many underlying vision issues can go unnoticed and may have a significant impact on a child’s development.
This program gives your child the opportunity to receive a comprehensive vision assessment using brand new, state-of-the-art technology to evaluate eye health, visual needs, and detect early signs of eye changes. 🩺✨

The assessment will also include screening for systemic health conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and autoimmune disease. ❤️🩹📊 If any concerns are identified, parents will be informed and recommendations for follow-up care will be provided. 🤝📞
