A little update from me 🤍
I just wanted to take a moment to be completely open and honest with you all.
As many of you know, we’re going through a period of change at The Polished Lounge, and behind the scenes I’ve been working incredibly hard to find a solution that allows us to continue looking after as many of our lovely clients as possible.
Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I’ve been let down with arrangements that I genuinely believed were going to help us move forward, and it’s left me feeling incredibly deflated.
What breaks my heart the most is knowing that we have loyal clients on our waiting list who desperately want to stay with us. Some of you have been coming to the salon since the very beginning, and the thought of not being able to accommodate you genuinely makes me so sad.
Please know that nobody is just a name in an appointment book to me. You’ve supported my business, watched it grow, shared your lives with us and become such a huge part of The Polished Lounge over the years.
I promise you, I’m trying my absolute best. I’m exploring every possible option, but I also don’t want to make promises that I can’t keep.
Running a small business isn’t always easy, and right now I’m finding this particular chapter incredibly challenging.
Thank you for your patience, your loyalty and your understanding. It means more than you’ll ever know.
