🫂 Hug100 2026 is coming! 🫂

Saturday 26th September - the day 100 people around the world each give 100 free hugs, all on the very same day. That's 10,000 hugs given out, everywhere, at once!!! 🤗🤗

I started Hug100 as a personal challenge, and every time it's grown into something bigger; this year, I'd love for it to grow further still.

Wherever you are in the world, you can be part of it. Gather a group, with a buddy or simply give hugs solo in your own community - it's up to you.

I create the event, I hold the space, I facilitate the exercises that lead up to the cuddle puddle itself and then I quietly step back and observe.

I have the absolute joy and honour of witnessing moments like this - this is human connection in action. And this is why I do what I do.
