Lovely to be back on the plot after a two week break. A busy day with our home edders, gardening club and art group. It's quite remarkable how much can grow in just two weeks- the wild flowers have burst into colour, the lupins, foxgloves and allium are in full flower and buzzing with amazing arthropods and the grass is almost as tall as me 😅

If you'd like to join us next Friday it's 12pm for Art Group and 12:30p for Gardening Club

Wednesdays term time 10am is Grow and Play, Court Lane

And next week Home Education West Midlands HEWM will be visiting for some gardening and free play. Please contact them separately for more info.

We are delighted to be involved in an exciting community art project this summer in collaboration with The Goblins Pocket and The Fort shopping centre. To kick start the project is a littler pick along the canal this Tuesday 2nd June, meeting outside Costa Coffee at the Fort Shopping Centre for a 10am start. We have all equipment needed for you to get stuck in for as long as you want- all welcome.

The community art project has been carefully designed by local artist Rob from The Goblins Pocket studio and funded by The Arts Council. It involves local communities in understanding how mushrooms can aid in cleaning up pollution from the environment through a process called mycoremediation.
