Meet our lovely instructor, Pav🤍

“After a successful career in finance, I followed my passion for movement and wellbeing to become a certified Reformer Pilates instructor. I’m dedicated to helping people build strong, healthy bodies and balanced minds through inclusive, supportive teaching.

My favourite thing about teaching is being able to support people on their personal journey.

When I am not teaching I am busy being a mum to my two young children. My fitness was my hobby and I have been lucky enough to turn it into a passion and now teach!

With a belief that Pilates is for everyone, I create a welcoming space where clients feel confident and empowered. I look forward to teaching you all!”

It’s about time we started introducing you to the faces behind Soma — starting with our founder, Sian!

“With a background in sports rehabilitation, I love how Pilates can support both injury prevention and recovery. My classes focus on restoring functional movement patterns, helping you move and feel better not just in the studio, but in everyday life.

Creating a space that feels welcoming to everyone, regardless of ability or age, has been so important to me. It’s been amazing to see so many new and familiar faces each week 🤍

You’ll find me teaching both Mat and Reformer classes throughout the week, as well as offering injury management and sports massage appointments. 💙🫶”
