Warriors United Club returns this October following our summer break, with a fantastic programme of monthly guest speakers and conversations designed to support men's physical and mental wellbeing.
Our sessions provide a relaxed, welcoming space where men can come together, connect, and explore topics that matter. Over the last year, we've shared open and honest discussions around addiction, nutrition, mindfulness, life coaching, mental health, modern masculinity, and much more.
Whether you're someone who enjoys talking or prefers to simply listen, you'll be warmly welcomed. There is never any pressure to speak, share personal experiences, or join in before you're ready. For many men, especially those who are naturally quiet or feeling uncertain about coming along, just walking through the door is often the hardest step. At Warriors United Club, simply showing up is more than enough.
We begin on Wednesday 7th October with Chris Fleet, CEO of the Devon Clinic CIC, who will be sharing insights into his hypnotherapy work, the Devon Coast 2 Coast Charity Walk Event, and the mental health support he has provided to thousands of people.
Warriors United Club meets at Berries Community Café at 7pm on the first Wednesday of every month. The group is open to all men aged 18+ who are looking for connection, support, and a community where they can feel comfortable being themselves. We offer these sessions without charge, but if you can afford to make a donation to help cover the cost of the venue, there will be a collection bucket at the event.
If you've been thinking about coming along but haven't quite found the confidence yet, this could be the perfect time. You'll find a friendly face, a warm welcome, and absolutely no expectations.
