My new boards are working well! After doing some research online and trying to find the right back drop for my nature hangings, I decided to make my own. Ceramic things are heavy and they needed to be able to hold the weight and look ok too!

A day in the studio working on some bespoke orders. I’ve been thinking about how lucky I was last week having the dreamiest of window views ever! I mean, I can’t describe how lucky I felt opening my eyes to the see the ocean fur 5 days last week! It was a beautiful way to start, pause, and end my day. Today I was sculpting my pottery, with still a good view of my garden, and I had a robin visit me 3 times ;) Thank you to everyone who made orders last week at Hawkwood May Day 💚 it was a fab day and it was followed by a wonderful 5 days by the sea 🌊 ✨

Some last minute spaces have become available for my pottery class. We are starting back this Thursday 14th for a 7 week course.
There are also some spaces for the new Wednesday morning class.

Covering all hand building pottery techniques, tips and tricks! All materials are supplied. All you need is an apron and a hand towel.

Our classes run from in Kingsley House, GL51 4TQ. Parking available and bus route no10.

Beginners and improvers welcome! We are a small group, only going up to 8 people in any class.

SJ will guide you through your making and also encourage your own ideas and suggestions to come to life!
