As May comes to a close, take a moment to look back gently.

You may have achieved a lot this month. You may have simply kept going. Both matter.

There is no need to measure your worth by productivity, plans completed or how much you managed to give to others. Your wellbeing deserves care in every season, especially when life has felt busy, uncertain or emotionally full.

This Sunday, pause and ask:
What supported me this month?
What felt draining?
What would I like to carry into June with more care?

A new month does not need a complete new version of you. It only needs a kinder beginning.

Shantiseva Vinyasa classes are spiritually taught classes and open to all students.

This uplifting class connects movement and breath through the practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), music (sound), chanting (mantras) and meditation.

The practice connects with the five healing nature elements; air, ether, fire, water and earth, and therefore brings grounding and balance within as well as our connection to nature and Mother Earth. The healing qualities of nature will lift our mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

Shantiseva Vinyasa classes also connects us with the spiritual practice of Seva (selfless practice) which is Karma yoga, the yoga of action, that brings together service with devotion to Bhakti and Shanti which is a Sanskrit term meaning “peace”.

Most of us know the feeling: reacting in ways we later question, overgiving and burning out, or holding back when we want to show up more fully. Even when life looks “fine,” something inside can feel slightly off.

This workshop is designed to help you understand why.

Awakening the Inner Light is a focused 2-hour experiential workshop that introduces a powerful inner framework drawn from Kabbalistic wisdom, translated into clear, practical language you can immediately apply to your life.

Rather than trying to fix yourself, you will learn how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are shaped by deeper inner forces and how to work with them more consciously.

Yoga Nidra is “Yogic sleep” and one hour of Yoga Nidra is said to equate to four hours sleep. Yoga Nidra encourages profound relaxation and effortlessness.

The term Yoga Nidra derives from two Sanskrit words, Yoga meaning union and Nidra meaning sleep. It’s a beautiful practice when one appears to be in a state of sleep, but the consciousness is working on a deeper level of awareness.

It’s a deep relaxation to harmonise the deeper unconscious and awaken inner potential to connect to a meditative state of being.

This systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation is suitable for all practitioners.

For a busy mind, Yoga Nidra enables to find stillness. It is a great way to bring calm, presence and peace for those who suffer from insomnia and those who are practicing on their mindfulness and awareness.
